We had a fantastic spring evening which added to the overall enjoyment of this event. The Philadelphia Story started just after 7pm with no opening act. The venue is completely outdoors and uncovered, so you are at the mercy of the weather. Plenty of ample free parking onsite for our first visit to this venue. He started with a couple of Sinatra tunes from his Standards record and then gradually went back into his catalog of the songs we all remember him by. He ventured into the middle of the audience for about half of the performance, and the crowd embraced him. No masks were seen at this outdoor event, so no worries about Covid - 19 from him or the crowd. He dedicated 'Prayer for the Dying' to all the victims of the virus, which was very touching. To finish up, there were great covers of Steve Miller and David Bowie songs. In my eyes (or ears), he can do no wrong. Depending on the season, would definitely see another act at this venue.
